Lloyd Fleming

Mark McKenzieLloyd Fleming is Director, Client Initiatives in ANZ's Institutional Sustainability group responsible for developing sustainability opportunities with ANZ's wholesale lending businesses. This leadership and advisory function includes a strong solutions focus on risk management and business opportunities through client engagement and external perspectives. Lloyd continues to champion a business model where sustainability moves from being addressed as a compliance issue through performance management to strategic value creation.

Lloyd has worked extensively across financial risk management, energy and sustainability, with experience gained both in Australia and London. At ANZ since 2004, Lloyd has worked on a range of strategic risk and sustainability matters. Prior to this, he worked as a senior manager at PwC in financial risk management. Before this, he was based in London for 13 years working with a range of companies, including: N M Rothschild in market risk advisory (focused on energy production); Enron Europe Limited managing market risk across a number of energy commodities and broadband; Merrill Lynch; Nomura International and Standard Chartered Bank in operational and market risk roles.

Mark McKenzieMark McKenzie is the Managing Director of Rare Consulting, a Sydney-based consultancy providing strategic advice and public policy research on a broad range of transport and environmental issues (particularly greenhouse strategy and urban air pollution).

Richard Marshall

Richard Marshall was appointed Director – Innovation Engineering in September, 2007.

Prior to joining Innovation Richard was Engineering Group Manager for Body Structures and Closures. From 1999 to 2002 he was Manager of Coupe Engineering.
Between 1998 and 1999 he was Section Engineer for Body for Asia Pacific Engineering and from 1990 to 1997 Richard had various assignments in the Advanced Engineering Group.

Michael Milton

Michael MiltonSkier, cyclist, adventurer, world and Australian record holder, Paralympian, Olympian....

Michael Milton is one of Australia's best-known athletes. His four-gold-medal haul at the 2002 Winter Paralympic Games endeared
him to a sport-loving nation and earned him the title of Laureus World Sportsperson of the Year with a Disability.

In April 2003 Michael tried something new: speed skiing, the drag racing of alpine sport. On the steepest slope in the world he clocked over 193km/hr,
smashing a 16-year-old world record and becoming the fastest skier with a disability.

On June 6 Cycling Australia included Michael on a list of athletes nominated for places on the Paralympic Cycling team.
Michael has officially been announced as part of the Australian Paralympic Team competing at the 2008 Beijing Games.

Peter Leske

Peter LeskePeter Leske graduated from Roseworthy in 1983 with a degree in Oenology. He has since held a wide variety of wine production and management positions in Australia and overseas:
notably with Jeffrey Grosset in the Clare Valley, prestigious French Domaines Dujac, Alain Graillot and l’Arlot, and California’s E&J Gallo.

Between winemaking roles, Peter spent five years as Manager of the Technical Services Group at The Australian Wine Research Institute,
providing technical assistance and advice to winemakers across the country.

Glenn Cooper

Glenn Cooper is a fifth generation Cooper and the Executive Chairman at Coopers Brewery who also holds the responsibility of the Marketing.
He has overseen the launch of numerous products to the Coopers beer range, including: Coopers Mild Ale, Coopers Dark Ale, Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale and Special Old Stout.
It may be a little known fact, but before turning his hand to the family brewing business, Glenn had a highly successful career in computers. He also once worked for rival brewer, SA Brewing.
