Any meals not listed on the itinerary and program

Discounted Prices for ACAPMA Members

All ACAPMA Members will receive the benefit of a substantially discounted conference package price. Member companies that register up to two delegates will pay $1500.00 pp. Any additional delegates from their member company will receive a further $500.00pp discount for each additional registration.

Final payment due and registration closed, all registrations after this date are subject to availability of flights and accommodation, surcharges may also be payable after this time.

The airfares used are discount airfares, once final payment is received the flights will be ticketed and will then become Non Refundable and any changes will be subject to availability and amendment fees.
